How to create Dynamics 365 trial instance?

In this blog I am going to show you how to create a Dynamics 365 trial instance. Use below URL to create a new email address for your organization and to register a new Dynamics 365 trial instance -

Above URL will redirect you to a page where you have to fill your information. In below screen, fill all the required information. If you select your organization size as 1000+ people then you will automatically get trial enterprise instance.

After filling all the required fields, hit Next button. Then you will be prompted to provide your country code and phone number to get verified -

Once you are verified, it will ask you your new email address with your organization name. Please fill email address and password then it will create your profile based on your given information -

Now hit "Set up" button which will ask you to select the services of your organization. In below page select "All of these" and hit "Complete Setup" button. If you select "India" as country then by default "INR" will be your currency. If you select United States then "US Dollar" will be the currency.

Once everything is setup then you will be redirected to your Dynamics 365 instance with your default dashboard.

In above URL, it shows crm8.dynamics.com. Actually when we selected "India" as our country, then it created this Dynamics 365 instance in South-East Asia region which can be identified by crm8.

If we select "United States" in country then your crm URL will be crm.dynamics.com.
